The engine and/or powertrain system catastrophically failed while the vehicle was in motion on the freeway. The vehicle lost power, shut down, and became disabled. The vehicle is currently in the possession of the Buick dealership and is available for inspection upon request. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? The failure occurred while driving my husband and children in fast-moving freeway traffic. The vehicle suddenly lost power and shut down, forcing us to coast to the shoulder while traffic was moving around us. This created an extremely dangerous situation that could have resulted in a serious crash, injuries, or fatalities to my family and other motorists. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? Yes. The Buick dealership confirmed the engine failure and advised that the vehicle needs a replacement engine. The vehicle was towed directly to the dealership following the incident and was declared inoperable. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives, or others? The vehicle has been inspected by an authorized Buick dealership service department. The manufacturer (GM/Buick) has been notified, and a corporate case has been opened. Were there any warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? Yes. Multiple warning alerts appeared immediately before the shutdown, including critical warnings such as low oil pressure and instructions to turn the vehicle off. Moments later, the vehicle lost power completely and shut down.

Brake pedal went to the floor 1 time when starting vehicle at approximately 400 miles.

Driving down the street after a short trip this morning with no one on the road in front of us the vehicle had an alert like we were about to impact someone and braked pretty hard 2x back to back with the collision alert popping up. The person behind us had to slam on their brakes and BARELY avoid hitting us. There was NOTHING in front of us. This vehicle is dangerous to everyone around us and should be taken off the road.

I wanted to update a previous report. The vehicle had had some odd electrical issues. The brakes ended up failing while driving but no electrical issues at the time proceeding it. What I wasn't able to report before was that the brake pedal sunk to the floor with no effort to stop the vehicle at all. The emergency brake is a button on the left side of the vehicle which was attempted to be engaged to stop. It made no effort to stop whatsoever. The vehicle is a danger to society. I just got it back from the dealership and they made an update to the computer or console but replaced no parts. These all need to be recalled no one should be driving these.

Completely lost all power brakes while on the road today. Owned it for about 11 months. Looking like the master cylinder. We've been having random electrical issues when we're cranking it up. Weird sound coming from the dash when the AC is on on occasion. Like the car wasn't fully kicking over even though the engine was running. Sometimes turning it off and turning it back on would make it work.

The contact owns a 2025 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that while attempting to switch lanes, the blind spot indicator on the passenger’s side mirror failed to illuminate to signal a nearby vehicle or object. The failure occurred intermittently. The vehicle was taken to the dealer four times; however, the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The mirror was replaced; however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and informed the contact that the mirror was designed for the sensor to activate within a certain proximity, and if the vehicle or object was not within that range, the driver would not receive a signal. The contact was referred to the dealer, who confirmed that the indicator was working intermittently. The failure mileage was unknown.

The wireless charging tray on my Enclave gets the phone very hot. It gets so hot that my phone shuts down. This happens with Pixel, Samsung and Apple devices. There are several reports on the web regarding this issue. I even tried to charge my phone without a case same issue. This is a concern because it can cause a vehicle fire. The batter gets so hot that it can easily catch on fire

The contact owns a 2025 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the display screen intermittently malfunctioned and only a black image was displayed. During the failure, several safety features were unavailable to the driver. The speedometer, fuel gauge, TPMS, and the backup camera were unavailable. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who reprogrammed the display unit, but the failure reoccurred intermittently. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 800.
